Trade Show

The Range Beef Cow Symposium is about more than speaker sessions. With more than 50 exhibitors, the RBCS Trade Show is a great time to learn about new innovations in the industry as well as connect with industry experts who can help improve your bottom line. For trade show exhibitor information, please contact:

Since the first Range Beef Cow Symposium (RBCS) held in Chadron, Neb., in 1969, the program has been held every other year in one of the four cooperating states (Colorado, Nebraska, South Dakota and Wyoming). The RBCS primarily attracts beef cattle producers, allied industry representatives, university faculty and students. Over time, it has developed an excellent reputation among cattle producers and is viewed as a unique educational opportunity. Recent symposiums have been attended by 400 to 600 beef cattle producers.

As an RBCS Trade Show exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to meet with participants and expose them to your products and services. This experience can be used to reach producers from across the country and increase visibility. We hope you will take this opportunity to register for this amazing event.

Facility Information and Rules for Participation:

  1. Oakview Group Food Service is the exclusive provider of all food and beverages to be distributed, sold or otherwise dispensed at The Ranch. The Ranch and Oakview Group Food Service will perform all concessions, catering and alcohol sales at the facility. No outside food/beverage or alcohol will be allowed.
  2. It is the responsibility of all commercial vendors to hold a single event sales tax license and return form from the city of Loveland. For the state of Colorado and Larimer County, vendors must have a Colorado State Sales Tax License or Colorado State Special Event License. If you already have a Colorado State Sales Tax License, please verify that Larimer County is written on it. The State of Colorado Department of Revenue requires each location to have its own sales tax license because the number is tied to the taxing jurisdiction where the money will be sent. The sales tax rate for special events held at The Ranch is 6.7%, which breaks down to 2.9% for the state of Colorado, 0.8% for Larimer County, and 0.3% for the city of Loveland. If you have any questions, you can contact Fort Collins Department of Revenue in Fort Collins at (970) 494-9804 or Larimer County Sales Tax at (970) 498-5935 or the City of Loveland Sales Tax Office at (970) 962-2698.
  3. No outside alcohol may be brought on The Ranch premise. All parties acknowledge and understand that the facilities are considered a licensed premise as it pertains to the dispensing and selling of alcoholic beverages and in accordance with those policies and procedures set forth by the Colorado Department of Revenue. All parties agree to assist in all reasonable measures to assist with the communication of the policies and procedures of the facility to its patrons, contractors, agents, and employees.
